We are now offering an 8 or 12 week Personalized Coaching experience for runners that are looking to improve on their best 10k or Half Marathon performance. We are beginner friendly and will cater to any fitness level including the advanced runner.
Our program differs from others in the fact that we provide INDIVIDUALIZED training for each athlete depending on their past training experience, injuries, and paces. Each athlete will have the opportunity to consult with a coach to determine the best approach to their training and racing needs.
