One on One Training Sessions… Work with a coach to improve your running fitness
- Improve form and efficiency
- Running Specific Strength Work
- Speed Work and Race Pacing if desired
- Full schedule design for any upcoming race using Training Peaks Software
- $65 per session with a minimum of 4 sessions per month
Online and group training
- 12 Week Spring Half/Full Marathon Group Coaching (signup coming soon)
- Online Coaching – $75/month for a minimum of 3 months (12 weeks)
- Groups meet on Wednesday in North Kansas City (Macken Park, English Landing, and Park Hill South High School), and Saturdays at various locations around the Kansas City area

*All athletes will need to sign a liability waiver for each program they sign up for and fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire to ensure a safe training program.
*Please contact a coach through email, call, text, or Facebook message if unable to attend Strength and Conditioning sessions.
*If cancelling a Strength and Conditioning Session, please do so by 9:00 p.m. the night before, or the session will be considered used.
